I'm with David on this one. People tend to grow more conservative
as they grow older, which translates into behavior. Usually, they also grow wiser. I contend people don't really have a clue until they reach 30. As an example of this consider how many 16 year old's fathers are complete idiots, yet when they reach 30, they will have taught their father so much, he's a
borderline genius!

I think there are also regional differences that can account for different attitudes. Here in the South, we routinely open doors for ladies, teach our kids that you don't refer to adults by their first name, etc. etc. You yanks have total disregard for such notions - as a rule.*g*
