JVP, Rod Paddock, and Steve Sawyer (did I get this right?) have a book that addresses VFP-SQL Server issues: Visual FoxPro 6.0 Enterprise Development. And I believe that there is a new VFP client/server book about ready to be published by hentzenwerke.
