You're making me laugh!!! It's that how you tied-up by your boss in a tree so that you couldn't do anything other than technical things without social interactions???? You will die young if you do that. Exchanges of ideas is a part of learning things. Forget about wordings or terminologies for we are in a world with 5Billion people with unique identities.
