Does anyone know of a way to test and control a printer queue. I am involved in a project for a POS system that is having a problem from time to time with printers going off line. We typically use a Win98 platform with both local and network printers. Obviously it is the networked printers that go offline on the stations, but the user usually doesn't notice it right away because either they don't get a message, or they ignore it until it's too late.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
