I *tried* 70-029 but failed twice, which is silly considering I have a fair amount of experience in SQL Server 7.0. Oh well, 70-029 has a bad rep so I don't feel too bad.
As to tips, well, all I can tell you without violating NDA is that the bozos who wroe the exam, apparently, have no problem with compound, data-bearing primary keys. Also, the test is positively anal about the differences between clustered and non-clustered indexes (but I suspect the answers are not always accurate).
My passing elective ended up being 70-091, Office 2000 VBA.
