This may or may not help but yesterday I created our latest version on Cd for distribution. Before sending the CD out I installed it on a lap top for testing. During testing I received a C0000005 error. This was the first C5 type error I have received in a while (quite awhile, thanks MS). The error would occur when I wanted to expand data to look at some remarks. The error did not give me much of a clue as the line it was erroring on made no sense to me. So what I did was replace the data tables for the application that was erroring and the C5 went away. Looking back I would guess (and it is only a guess) that the DBC or the memo file had gotten corrupted in the transfer from CD to lap top or when the CD was created. As the original files on the network dont have that problem. So you might just look at the table as maybe causing the error.

My theory and my two cents.
