In honesty, I don't recall that the info I've
read at the above sites mentioned whether SP3 had
been installed or not, and my understanding is
that SP3 has fixed many of them. With your
response I think we can count that as two in the
comfortable column.

I will post more details of my problem, but I
think I'll start another thread.
