I think I found the solution. Open a report you want to printed duplex, then menu Setup Page, Options \ Advanced Select Duplex. That's it.
The other way just open .frx as a table and change Duplex property from 1 to 2 in the first record...

Then it would be printed duplex. Easy, right?
