I think this is the most frequent question here in UT :)

The solution is easy: run you report twice, first time in a dummy file and save _pageno to a variable, then into your destination.
In your report use this variable instead of _pageno.

I think the ability to have this number in advance is one of the most desired features of VFP7.0 reports.

You may want to search here in UT for similar threads, devoted this problem. There are hundreds of them...
