By "inappropriate" are you referring to the recent Supreme Court decision on certain establishments that advertise themselves as "Adult Entertainment"?

Now I can see how the message I quoted could be described as having a certain "attitude", but I think at the least we need a definition of "inappropriate." Don't you?
