I have a VB OCX control that is displayed in a web page. The control is deployed with a CAB (built by the PDW)
and is verisigned. It does install and run on 98% of all the IE5.01 installs. Yet on a few, it refuses to install.
It constantly redownloads itself, reinstalls itself, then ultimately will not instantiate. It seems that IE5 doesn't
even register it. And redownloading IE5 and reinstalling it doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be missing or what to check on these systems?
