PMFJI especially three days after fact but what you said about degrees hits the nail on the head. I got my training(or lack thereof)through the military and now I find mysef competing against people with CS degrees but no hands on knowledge. I actually had one guy who at 25 was two years older then me and he uit becuase he couldn't work for someone without a degree. I plan on getting my degree but when I do it will be in History because that is a passion of mine. Sorry for running off at the mouth but I had to tell you that I like your viewpoints and respect your comments.
