Ctrl+Alt+Del is at the bios level. It cna be disabled using external code written in C ro C++. However, I would suggest considering what your real goal is here. If it is to stop the suers for rebooting the computer during your application disabling Ctrl+Alt+del will NOT accomplish that goal. It will only push the suer to use the Reset button or the power button to do the same thing.

Find out why they are doing this in the first place and then remvoe their motivation to do that.
