Hi Andy,

Actually I've been here for almost 4 years, but, you're right. I don't post much. I'm a one man shop and things don't get done unless I do them, so I don't have a lot of time to devote to the UT (I do have time, I just have other priorities that take precedence). I used to put in 16-18 hour days x 7 for my clients. Now I put in a maximum of 8 and many days none and, I no longer advertise for new clients. The rest of my time is devoted to working with children, learning new technologies, and giving my wife the love and attention that she deserves.

I know I can't change the world, but I'm making a dent. It looks like you are too.

My wife started to read with him soon after he turned one. Neither me or my wife would be considered "gifted" when it come to our IQs (we're very average or little above) but, like you stated, getting involved early is the key to your child's chance at success in school and probably in life.
