OK, OK, I can ALWAYS work around it, which I already have. But what a pain to have to stuff Source Code and Compiled Code into a DBC RAW. It seems that the APPEND PROCEDURE and MODIFY PROCEDURE should now be able to work in a Runtime environment since we can use the COMPILE command.

I just figured it was another creativity test for us developers of how to get around the problem that should have worked but doesn't.
