Thanks so much for responding. I really need help on this one.

I have a dropdown, RowSourceType="6-Fields", RowSource="Myalias1.field1, field2", BoundColumn=2, ControlSource="MyAlias2.Id".

Field2 is integer type and is an indexed field.
MyAlias2.id is integer type field and is an indexed field.

As long as I don't delete anything from MyAlias2, the dropdown displays the correct record. As soon as I delete a record from Myalias2, the dropdown starts to display wrong record or not display anything at all. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this.
