No. I've done hundreds of these now, without ever a problem of that nature. Many users wanted to keep one of my vfp5 apps in use simultaneously while they tested/learned to use a new vfp6 upgrade version. So, I can say they co-exist perfectly on a great many machines, under Win95, 98, and NT.
