Check out the 01/1999 article in FoxPro Advisor on "Self-Sizing Forms".

With some code modifications (for ActiveX controls, ToolBars, to name a few), you can create Form methods which automatically resize all UI controls based on the user's resolution preference.

The only caveat is the use of Large Fonts (120 dpi) for resizing a PageFrame from 800x600 to 1024x768 - 26 pixels (height) are lost. Tried, but can't figure it out.

I can't begin to tell you how many headaches this functionality has saved me.
