There is an interesting discussion on Remote View's vs SQL Pass Through....

As somebody who has given many Devcon sessions on SQL, the use of views,etc, I was wondering if you had any insights on this topic.

Specifically, comparing T-SQL to VFP SQL and the use of stored procedures on the server as opposed to rendering SQL from the client, are the issues surrounding Remote Views, etc - what is your opinion?
