Thanks Craig - before I answer these questions - let me tell you I wrote another
app (EXE) and do not have this problem.
>- What type of network? NT? Netware?
Netware 4.0 Novell
>- Did you create setup disks and install the application on PC 2?
yes - installed from a network drive
>- Have you run a scan disk on PC 2?
yes - checks out ok
>- Are temp files going to the local drive or the network?
local drive - setting is in the config.fpw
>- What exactly are you doing in the program when it locks up?
with a SET PATH form, I am changing the path to a network path - when path
is set to the local drive, works great...
>- What is the client OS? WIN NT, 95?
win 95
>- When the program locks up, can you shut it down or do you need to reboot? Can you launch other programs?
I use END TASK from pressing CTRL/ALT/DEL
