Hawaii is a very tough market - gets worse in Hilo. I think you made the right move when you picked Saipan. Perhaps, before you move here, you may want to establish a few connections (in Hawaii) while you are still working in Saipan.

Pretty discouraging - plus I had no contacts with anyone.
