>I'm trying to create a report with the report designer. I have 2 tables. For the detail lines, I'm getting info from the child table. When there's 1 record, everything is great. However, when there are 2 records, it runs through the records in the child table 2 times and gives me 4 records. When there are 3 records, it gives me 6 records, etc. Have I set something wrong?

To reduce confusion, I generally put all report information in one cursor with an SQL select before running the report, and just use the fields from the resulting cursor in the report. Much easier than worrying about relations and record pointers and such.
