Clarification:

You can use the VFPODBC drivers with a VFP tables on Linux because it uses file level access to the tables.
There is no ODBC server that runs on Linux that provides access to VFP tables, and there is no Linux based VFPODBC driver for Linux apps.
Linux apps can use Linux based ODBC drivers.
