When I start the service (NT4 Workstation w/SP4), the executable runs like it should but the Services dialog timesout for a few minutes and then displays the following error:
"Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function."

Service options selected:
Startup Type = Automatic
Log On As = System Account (I also have "Allow Service to Interact with Desktop" selected)

Any ideas?
