Look, it's pretty obvious that John is baiting Tamar but you won't help the matter by attacking him about it. Best thing to do is for everyone to wait for Tamar's response and if she chooses not to respond, let the thread die a natural death. Perhaps, if everyone approaches these issues professionally and maturely those who find it difficult to play with others will learn by example.

There are two ways to build the tallest building in towm; build your own or tear someone else's down. Which would you prefer? I'd like to try and build them up rather than tear them down if at all possible.

As others have mentions I'd very much like to see a white paper from those who really know what they're doing. I'd like them to lead by example.

There really are a lot more important issues in life than any one individual's current emotional state, opinions or behavior.
