Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think this is the problem. I set the TMPFILES to C: in the config file. When I went to test the application, I'm still getting the same error. The machine running Windows 98 has 345 MB of free space and the machine running Windows 95 has 12 MB. Both machines have 96 MB of RAM and both allow Windows to manage thier virtual memory. The Windows 98 machine gives me an not enough space error while the Windows 95 machine does not.
