I have a NEC notebook PC that seems to have slowed down lately. I used Nuts & Bolt to monitor the PC and found that CPU usage is high (around 20-30%) even though there is no process going on (i.e. no programs running in back ground or foreground) There is no virus on the system. Is there any utility that can tell me what is occupying the CPU?
