Who wrote the article and what quantitative evidence did he/she offer as proof of that claim. Without such evidence, and the make up of thier test platform, I would not not put much stock in those conclusions...

The fact is, most folks DO NOT know or understand how to benchmark processes. Most of the time, the test platform is very flawed and not scientific. Further, the tests themselves often do not reflect reality..
