When the gov't broke up Standard Oil the total value of all the stock went way up. I'm sure I'm in a minority here but I think a break-up along sensible lines would be good for everyone including Mr. Bill.

Millenium OS
Languages and Applications
Browser and MSN
Hardware

The W2K team could compete with the Millenium team to see who had the fewest bugs.

I'd require published API specs, etc. also.
