Which list? The list that is banned (profanity) or the list that can't be in a Subject Line or used maliciously (expletives & obscenities)? The rules page seems pretty ambiguous at the moment, and I agree with Nancy's concerns about that.

Does that quality as a "personal attack", thus earning a first warning, or are you looking only for a pattern of personal attacks?
