PMFJI, but since Andy does not come up here and is unable to defend himself against such accusations, I thought that I would clarify this. I remember very well the private e-mail that Andy sent you for your less than helpful reply.

As you say, it was a PRIVATE e-mail. I read that e-mail before he sent it and, IMHO, could hardly be called 'telling you off'.

Would you like me to post it here and see if any one finds it the least little bit helpful ;-) I'm sure I can dig it up in the forum archives and do so if you like.
