I haven't even used it, and have noticed a drop in negative posts (except one long thread I didn't read much of). Maybe just the threat of it will do most of the job.

I personally don't really need a technical filter anyway, I just ignore the threads that drift off into a deep negative zone, just as I ignore certain technical posts that aren't of interest.
