Is this something on just your system, or something you want for your web pages.
Web pages use MIME types to determine the target application. In your registry, Winzip
registers itself for application/zip type. You can override this behavior for your web server.

For example, you always want to user to be able to download a .DOC file, even if the
browser wants to open it automatically. I can send you instructions if this is what you
need.
