I didn't say or imply that. And I defintally don't believe that.

I said something can only be considered as obscene by the US Government if its only purpose is erotica, and lacks those other values (scientific, politcally, art, ect.).

Therefore, the word "sex", is not obscene as it as, but could probably be used in an obscene sentence. The word "Crap" or anything used in its place, is not obscene, cuz its purpose is to not excite lust to a "normal" person (the Supreme Court says this, not me). Profantiy is not obscene, but could be used obscenely, just like all lot of other non-profane words.

Anyway, it was just a little blurp about how our Government deals with the same issues the UT Adminstration may be.
