I have an application where a user wants my VFP form/program to give audible voice commands, instructions, notices if certain conditions are met. What software can I use with VFP to make it happen?

I know... FoxTalk! It was joke, just kidding about the FoxTalk. Or maybe FoxCrow? I might look around on the Net for some also.
