Ok, I see know. All I was pointing out was how some people determine obscenity, because it was used incorrectly in the sense that I know. So I agree with how it is determined, and if anything implied that too, but I did not imply that everything erotic is obscene nor do I believe. You mis-read the definition I gave, its that simple.
