There's a simplistic tool that comes with INTL to do this, but it doesn't work that well. I don't remember exactly what problems it had, but I think it was something like not being able to distinguish Wait Window items from Messagebox items. I don't think there's anything else available to do this automatically, or at least, Steve didn't mention anything at the time I asked him about this.
