That was the point I was attempting to make. Over time a "slowly-progressing" wiki discussion, may take take 3 or 4 weeks to accumulate the info found in 100 messages here. That's what I meant by "think slowly".
But also the document may change dynamically from one visit to the next, not just by new "messages" added, but also by paragraphs edited or moved around, new comments added in the middle of old paragraphs, etc. You may end up having to re-read most of the document to be sure you didn't miss something.

Yeah, when I need a concise gathering of rich information on a topic, I usually check the MSDN first, then the wiki, then a UT search.
