BUTM is "Basic Universal Thread Member" (i.e. free); PUTM is "Premier UT Member" (i.e. paid, gets the extra ease-of-use bells & whistles).

You're a PUTM so perhaps you haven't run into this issue. If you do a search on messages (from the Search button to the top left), you get back a list of messages that match the keywords you specify. As a PUTM, you can simply click on any message title to go to that message; once there, you can employ "View the entire thread" or other options to get the info you need.

BUTMs can't click on the message title to go to the message. Instead, they must note the date of the message, then click on the Calendar link in the top left, go to the specific month, then click on the day they need. All of the day's messages come up in the lower right frame; they then must find the one they want in that morass.

So, is it any wonder that less-experienced VFP users and/or casual UT users would simply ask a question over and over again, getting a live human to do their work for them?
