I was on the MSDN web page last night looking for the shipping schedule myself and noticed that the April set will go out around the 25th of the month, or the 3rd week. If it's the March set and they're just a little behind as Ed says my guess is yours will show up soon.
The basic idea though is that for any given month's shipment is that it will ship the 3rd week.
