OK... duh Rox. It's not a true tooltip, it just looks like one. Most of the node descriptions are longer than the control is wide, and when the mouse points it the full description shows up just like a tooltip. Move onto the next node and where the last node description overlaps the form sticks (ghost like tooltip box until the form is refreshed)

I'm seeing this on both NT4 and Win98 environments FWIW. I guess I just need to made the form and control wider.
