Paul,

They don't seem to have Alan in their index. In fact, they don't seem to have FPA articles indexed yet at their web site. I looked through all of my FPA's but I could not find this article. Somehow I'm missing JAN, MAR, and APR of 1996, so it's probably in one of those.
