I just created a quick clipper prog to create indexes for any table based on an expression supplied on the command line.

It's called inde.exe. Run it without parameters and it'll tell you how to use it.

I tried it with the l2bin function and it gave me an error because that function wasn't included when I linked the exe. Please let me know if you run into problems using it and I will update it for you. But this one should get you back on your feet.
