When I used to get the ones about AOL and MS paying you to forward emails I would reply to the whole list (with a different email address!) and tell them that I just received $12,340 from MS last week.

I think I lost 2 friends because knowing how smart they are I couldn't believe that they'd fall for this and told them so and asked them to drop me from their address books if this is all I'll be getting from them.

If I were you I would tell people that I was hit with the virus and since then my microwave and dishwasher stopped working, and my answering machine is eating all the messages, not to mention that my car is barely doing a mile per gallon and the mechanic can't find the problem.

Seriuosly, check out symantec's antivirus center and mcafee's for hoaxes. And if you want to send these people a REAL virus, let me know.
