Yow, this is scary. I think her name was Donna. I don't even know how she fit in her chair when I was there. She thought a lot of herself, that's for sure. Tried to impress me by telling me some story of how she came up with the brilliant idea of setting up the chart of accounts in a way that account numbers meant absoulutely nothing. Made no sense to me what she was saying or why you'd even want to attempt to do what she was advocating.

Besides trying to impress me with her knowledge, she kept on emphasizing to me how they expect you to show up for work, no matter how sick. Very strange.

I wonder how the company is doing. There was an article in the LA Times a couple weeks ago about how they are finding out that dishonest people score much higher on these type of tests. They are more likely to answer the questions how they think you want them to, rather than honestly.

>>I went on a job interview not too long ago at a place in Los Angeles that does psychological testing. They were pretty much full of themselves anyways. Why, because they had PHDs. Whoaaa. But amyways, I decided to go thru with the interview process.

>>This included taking their test. This included a large amount of multiple choice about how you react in a given situation. I flunked their tests, I'm sure in no small part to me answering, "You Bet" to those questions that were along the lines of "Rolling you chair around in the office disturbs Bill. Do you do it more often knowing that".

>>>Depends who you're dealing with. Some would take it this way, but rest assured most consider it a victory. It clearly spells out just what level of intolerance one is dealing with. IOW, it's a mark on the filter-user, more so than the reverse. HTH.
