This occurs when you have used the form wizard - it's built into the form wizard code. Changing it without damaging the form wizard is nearly impossible.

Are you always choosing the same table? If so, you might be able to copy the code from the base form class into your form and comment it out. However, you might find you were adding/deleting from the wrong table....
