We took 2 weeks, including several stops along the way in Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Banff. The kids were 4 and 6, and this was the last 2 weeks of 6 weeks across the US to Virgina, up the East Coast and then back West on Canada Hwy 1. An amazing expedition.
