Hi Bill,

>I am a Compuserve 2000 member, however when I click on the links from IE (outside of CS2000), I get routed a couple of times and then get there is a problem with you account, contact Customer Service. When I contacted them, they had NO CLUE about forum access outside of CS2000 software. Do you have any contacts I might try?

Sorry that you have these problems. Beside the standard CS2000 support options, I've no other contacts for you, unfortunately. But I'm forwarding your message to the appropriate folks that manage our forum. I've found one Bill Armbrecht in our member base, but this account hasn't been used to access our forum for a couple of weeks. It seems that you haven't even been forwarded to our forum.

One question: Did you get to the NRF login screen, that is the screen with two textboxes to enter the user name and password, a checkbox to save the password, a list containing all possible accounts you can use and on the bottom a commandbutton to get a new account? If you were forwarded from that place, can you try the second URL I posted, that is:

http://go.compuserve.com/msdevapps?LOC=US

If you prefer to access the forum mainly via IE, you can also create a new account, if you wish, and use both depending on how you access the forum. Except for waiting or private messages, there wouldn't be much differences...
