Ron,
I haven't done these myself so consider as just thoughts.
-You could create a remote view to an existing table in an MDB.
-Using ADO you could CreateRecordset in an existing MDB.
If anyone fits read "ADO Jumpstart for Microsoft Visual Foxpro Developers" by John V.Petersen on MSDN CD as a starter. Hope helps.
