You can import or link the table from Access. Import works only with 2.6 tables so you will have to save it as 2x before running the import wizard in Access. Link works with ODBC so you can link the table as is. After running the linked table manager you will see the fox table as an Access table and manipulate it.

If you mean how to do it programmatically then you may want to look at doing it through automation. Both import and link functions can be programmed. Another option with automation is to create a native Access table from scratch and use ADO to transfer the data from VFP to your newly created access table.
